I was fortunate to have ELO Mortgage contact me when I began the process of looking for a home to buy. Working with Elias and his team made me feel like I won the lottery. They made the whole process uncomplicated with strategic precision. Even after everything was complete and I'm living in my dream home, Elias followed up to guide me through refinancing so I could get a better rate only a few months later. I would highly recommend doing business with Elias Lopez. He has helped me and my family for the past 2 years and I have not been disappointed. He is professional, honest and takes good care of his clients. He takes the time to answer all their questions and never puts any pressure on the client. If you are the type of person that need every detail of the mortgage or refinance process explained, you will not go wrong with him. He makes sure to provide you all the information you need to move on with the process. His Spanish skill are a plus if you need the same information explained to any family members that do not speak English. Most importantly, he found us the best rate for our loan and I am sure he will do it for yours.

I want to start off by saying I think 2 stars is very generous. This whole experience was a completely bad experience. As this was our first home purchase there was a lot that we did not know. Instead of taking the time to walk us through things and thoroughly explain things we were constantly reaching out for explanations. I feel that if I were to buy another home in the future I will do a far better job researching the company that I use. I realize some of the issue were not their fault but I do believe that they could have done a MUCH BETTER job keeping us the customers apprised of what's going on. Also I would advise that they double check what is being sent to avoid hassling the home buyers for additional information that was already sent. In addition, the fee charged at the end seemed quite a bit more than what was average by comparing it online. Again, this was our first time and we have certainly learned our lesson. So bottom line, would I recommend this service provider? No.
