Tim and his crew took on our entire house exterior project this summer. Not only was the crew fast, efficient, and careful with their work, but they were also extremely professional. Anything we brought attention to, they were approachable and willing to help and answer any questions we had. Tim was extremely communicative and walked us through every step of the way to the best of his ability. Tim is honest and trustworthy and we truly felt like he had our best intentions in mind. He works with integrity and so does his crew. Their attention to detail is unmatched… and anything we brought to Tim’s attention throughout the entire project was addressed in a timely manner.

Anything Tim wasn’t able to complete with his crew, he works with reputable and professional companies that were able to get those jobs done.

Work we had done: roof, siding, 11 new windows, gutters/downspouts, front door and storm door, garage doors, shutters, front lights, mailbox, stone work and porch post.

We’ll let the before and after pictures do the talking. We have a new house thanks to ElmStreet Exteriors and we would choose them again in a heartbeat.

WONDERFUL COMPANY! WILL USE AGAIN! The entire experience with Tim and his crew from Elm Street Exteriors was beyond perfection. I chose Elm Street initially because I liked that the owner, Tim, made it known that he doesn't sub out to other companies. I appreciated this because I wanted a point person that would be onsite everyday. I wanted to avoid overly commercialized, "too-big" companies that would only see us as a dollar in their pocket. I could tell from our first meeting with Tim that he was a straight-up, honest guy with and that he took his craftsmanship and quality seriously. Tim was super responsive to all communication before, during, and even after the job. He would often touch base with us at the end of each day and he was also quick to answer any questions I had. His crew were all friendly and I trusted them in my home, even when I wasn't there. I had a big job completed, including installation of new siding & soffits, replacing all windows on the 2nd floor, and a new back door. We have an old house that provided some worries for me, however, Tim ensured I was good with everything. The work was impeccable, with a lot of attention to detail. The job took 3 weeks, but each day that the guys left, you would never know they were there, as they cleaned up really well. I feel like they didn't rush and it shows in their workmanship. The attention to detail showed in the end result. I felt his price was really reasonable given the quality of work we received. Great company, great work, and would highly, highly recommend them to anyone looking for any type of exterior work like this. I will definitely use Elm Street next time we need any work done.

I love our porch renovation, it's our favorite place in the house. Our old wooden porch was in really bad shape. We had the entire thing rebuilt, insulated and enclosed with these gorgeous windows. Tim was very communicative with us throughout and I appreciated him bringing samples by so I could make sure the porch looked exactly as I wanted. The house looks brand new now. Definitely recommend!

Tim is an honest great guy. I had some issues with the finish on the trim of my windows and he came out, inspected, and agreed it needed fixing. No questions asked replaced it free of charge. We had other quotes from places where there was a "special price" if you signed immediately, the typical pressure sales. I recently had the pleasure of working with Tim at ElmStreet Exteriors for a large exterior renovation project, and I can't recommend him highly enough. Tim took on everything from new doors and windows to porch ceilings, gutters, downspouts, and a full exterior overhaul with James Hardie siding.
