Ellen is excellent! She is knowledgeable, responsive and one of the nicest people you will ever meet. She took the time to go over things with me and answer all of my questions. Great until you have a claim. They don’t have a problem taking your money,but they fight you every step of the way to not pay out a claim.
Had 3 roof inspections for hail damage. All three said damage. American family denied it without even coming out to look at it.
