I came on a Friday at 2 p.m. and bought my tickets the same day. There’s plenty of parking. The entrance fee is $13, and it wasn’t very crowded. They sell plants in their garden. In my opinion, the place needs some maintenance—there are many areas where it’s clear they don’t take care of it regularly. I liked that there are speakers throughout the garden, and the music matches the scenery nicely. It’s not very big, so about an hour is enough to explore at a relaxed pace and take photos. The butterfly area wasn’t open that day, which was a real letdown because they didn’t even inform us about it.

Gorgeous and relaxing. I've visited in the spring and summer and it's beautiful during both of those seasons. It's not for everyone, and I can understand where it might be boring for some, but if you love flowers and have always wanted to visit an English garden without leaving the U.S., then it's worth taking some time away from the beach to go here. I took my dog and she loved it; the ladies in the gift shop showered her with attention and gave her a treat. It's also fun to do the statue treasure hunt. And, although you're in a pretty and serene place, be on the lookout for slithery creature...I've seen several snakes while walking around here....yikes! But there were butterflies and squirrels too!

Went to Winter Lights and it was beautifully decorated. They had even more lights than last year. Marshmallows were being toasted on the Great Lawn. During the day, even in the winter, it's nice to visit but if course it's better to visit when the flowers are blooming for the full effect. But there's something to see there every season. The sunken garden is lovely year-round. The gift shop is one I always like to check out when I'm there.

Beautiful place! I need to revisit at full bloom. Staff was very friendly. You can take a wheelchair or electric scooter. Plenty of room definitely going back.

I'm sure the botanical garden is wonderful. But, I prefer the much more wild Freedom Trail that starts in the parking lot. It's a wonderful shaded trail good for all seasons walking. And, there are these wonderful steel plate silhouettes and interpretive signs along the trail - very tastefully done!

We came to Winterlights at Elizabethan Gardens. It was wonderful! They have really done an amazing job with their light displays. You can tell they spend weeks getting every thing just right and the payoff for us is the true beauty of the lights combined with the gardens. The price is affordable and definitely worth every penny. It was not crowded since people can spread out across the grounds. They sell hot chocolate for $3. The gift shop is open and the restrooms are clean. All employees Re very friendly. I would definitely come back if we find ourselves in this area around the holidays. Highly recommend!

Took my pup in the offseason and we had a nice time. Enjoyed walking around and taking in the views with beautiful weather. Tickets are affordable and it’s a great place to spend an hour in a relaxing environment

Beautiful and relaxing place to spend a few hours. Went at the end of March, a lot of camellia were blooming but not much else.
