Eileen was an invaluable asset to helping us buy a home in a very limited geographical area in Berkeley. We wanted to buy a home that was walking distance to amenities and to our children's school so it took us a very long time ~a year to find the right home. Anytime I saw a home that was interesting, I'd ask Eileen about it and she would always come back with very detailed information about exactly how much she thought it was worth, how much it would likely go for and she'd always come back with insightful information. When the houses sold, they'd always sell for sometimes exactly what Eileen thought it would go for. The trickiest and most nerve wracking part is getting the offer price right and this is where Eileen really shines. In addition to her own insights, she was able to find and sleuth out information on comps in the area that was still pending. We could not have gotten this house without Eileen's help. Eileen's team helped keep everything on track during the closing period and we closed very quickly, without any hiccups. Eileen is also an invaluable resource for everything from finding home insurance to all types of different contractors. I found the best insurance rate from her list of insurance agents. I'm so glad we worked with Eileen. She really came through for us every time we needed her.
