We first met Eileen a few years ago, when we were not quite ready to buy yet but wanted to start preparing and understanding what to expect. It's amazing to me that Eileen Lanza would be ok with representing a building with rats and rat mite infestation, previous black mold reports, and a building that is managed by a company and landlord that serve illegal 3 day notices on tenants during LA City's State Of Emergency Order. (and yes, Ms. Lanza, since you threatened "action" in your response below, the infestation of biting mites were identified this week as Ornithonyssus bacoti (tropical rat mite) by a licensed Entomologist recommended by LA Vector control.)

In addition, licensed Los Angeles City realtors know LA City's Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO) applies to all buildings of two or more units built before 1978. Glad that HCIDLA and LAHD exist to help tenants, landlords, and realtors navigate properties subject to LA City Rent Stabilization laws.
