Farid exceeded my expectations. I can confidently say that he is very proactive and communicative. We had a land property to sell, which are typically very difficult. Farid was knowledgeable and helpful. He knows the area very well and provided much needed insight into what was realistic. My wife and I were extremely happy with Farid and will definitely use his services again. The land property sold quickly, for more than we expected. The entire transaction was seamless and we are grateful to Farid.

This is the garbage we're getting downtown, stack & pack apartments, squeezing everything downtown where there's no more nightlife, freedom to park, freedom to do lots of shopping you name it it's just shrinking. You can't have dancing downtown because noise complaints from apartment rentals, it's the reason why there's no parking left, it's the reason why the downtown is shrinking because they're forcing ridiculous pathetic apartments and it's being approved by this progressive left SLO city council who does not have any consideration for the long-term residents they have done business and lived here for decades. This new building downtown is pathetic, it's just another greedy developer building in places where they should not be building at all but far away from the downtown. Total shame

There is no doubt in my mind that we wouldn't have found our dream property to build our dream home without Farid and Walker. They are ON IT. First to know of what's coming on the market before it even hits, you are ready. They are deeply rooted in the community with contacts and relationships that are so key to finding a fit in today's market. Not only that, not once did we feel like we were being "sold" a house. Farid and Walker listed our home in Nipomo and we were impressed from start to finish! This was the first home that we had sold and the process was explained to us in a way that we could understand. Having a background in architecture, Farid knows how to write a listing and have photographs taken to sell a house FAST! We were given a few minor recommendations to improve the curb appeal which ended up being a great decision. Everything went perfectly, thank you Farid and Walker!
