I was new to the area and found EFR Insurance Agency through Google. I chose to get a quote for my homeowners and auto insurance. I must say that I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. Luis and Yasmine were most patient and understanding even though I had a ton of questions. Ernie is by far the the best insurance broker I've ever worked with. Since he offers the option to shop several insurance companies at one time, I knew my policy would be tailored to my needs. Ernie took the time to explain everything to me, in terms I could understand. I appreciated the great smiles and the fact that all the staff made me feel like family. I value the great customer service I get every time so I would highly recommend them without reservations.

I was referred by a family member who told me about EFR Insurance agency. I was paying way to much for low coverages and was never aware of what I was covered for as it was nevered full explained by my previous agent. When I contacted EFR Insurance I was given an option to come in for an appointment. When I met with Ernie. He let me explain what I was looking for and then he asked me a series of questions to better determine what my actual needs of coverage are. He explained everything so well that after I got my home and auto insurance policies with EFR Insurance . I left with great confindance that my home and auto were covered correctly. I tried to get a policy through them, and got ghosted. I'm not sure if it was bad communication but If you are in a pinch I wouldn't recommend. Luckily AAA Los Banos branch got my situation sorted! And better coverage and the same price.

Best place in town for insurance because they find you the best deal for your home and car insurance I’ve been with EFR for 15 years and still there is no other place that beats their deal for me. They also have great customer service and are super friendly with any questions that you have
