This is my first time with State Farm; I’m a younger driver so am not as experienced in insurances. Destiny was so kind and patient with me. She explained different polices and helped me find the best fit, she also recommended and helped me add a hospital income policy. She was so genuine and helpful, you can tell she truly cares about her clients and not just the well being of the company. Navigating adulting and the things that come with it can be difficult, but I think when you have people like her who understand that some point, there were new to it as well, and are humble and compassionate make the process so much easier.

I wanted to share an extraordinary experience I had with Jessica Casillas insurance agent.
I went inside the office to make a payment and I had couple questions about adding a service to my family plan and she was able to assist me and make me feel comfortable about changes to my plan. I've never had an issue with the customer service at this location. Everybody has always been helpful and kind. I've been a customer for two years now and everybody has always run smoothly for me including signing up for my auto insurance most companies these days make it so difficult and you have to wait two weeks for a response and to get approved and start getting coverage. I got approved right now and my full coverage started asap. Today I need assistance with making some changes to the deductibles with my auto insurance to lower my monthly price and Sonia was exceptional. She did all of her research and went through my plan to see what she could do make the necessary changes to my plan to help with my financial situation. On top of helping me with my situation and getting my monthly coverage price lowered she display very professional but also kind customer service. Some people can be professional but very monotone or unkind she did not. Sonia was professional and extremely kind and helpful. I would recommend working with her if she is one of the agents that takes your call when you call in. She will definitely take care of you. Thank you again for everything.
