A little late but I returned to Edwin’s office after a few years of doing my own taxes. Arturo, one of the employees there was quick and helpful. He has the skills and knowledge to help you out with your tax needs whether it be 1099,1040 etc. Thanks for the help guys.

I have been doing my taxes w/EDT for the past 10 years and every year it gets easier and better.
Extremely easy, fast and informative appointments, that are educational. I never walk out not knowing what just happened or with unanswered questions.

I have referred EDT to my parents, partner, in-laws, friends and would greatly recommend him to anyone looking for a new tax-preparer.

His cater per client is what sets him apart as he truly provides exceptional service in detail tailoring to every clients needs. He explains things very simply to me (someone who has simple tax forms) and is just as detailed to my parents (who have several tax forms).

I moved out of CA 2 yrs ago and still continue to do my taxes w/EDT via zoom which has also been an easy and pleasant experience.
So appreciative of all the services- doing taxes has never been easier, thanks Edwin!!

This is my second year filing my tax returns with Edwin and I am beyond happy as always. He was able to fit me in early this year into his already booked up schedule (I like to file my Returns at the Beginning of the Year). Business client BEWARE!

I started off by writing a detailed synopsis on our experience with Edwin as a business entity but have decided to let the attached photos (yelp) speak for themselves. Please keep in mind that these screenshots are just a handful of many more instances in which Edwin makes empty promises with deadlines that he never meets. My review does not stem from one isolated incident, it stems from a series of mistakes and inconsistencies with no follow-through. These screenshots are a small representation of what dealing with Edwin is like as a long-standing client and not a one-time interaction with Edwin like most of his reviews suggest. Be prepared to follow-up with him as the client each and every time he blatantly promises and fails to meet his deadlines for days, weeks, months at a time. Please read the screenshots--this is not someone taking their time or being diligent with their work, this is someone who we trusted with our business account who repeatedly failed to provide necessary and paid-for documents. My IRS account is currently on a levy because of his negligence and attention to detail when computing numbers or, in my case, failing to submit my return altogether! He has been our accountant since 2021 and has NEVER provided us with a single bank recon but somehow managed to file our taxes each year--HOW?! Unfortunately, this is a learning experience for us as new business owners and take accountability for giving this guy the benefit of the doubt one too many times. We advise you to shop around and pay for an accountant who can bring you peace of mind, reliance, accuracy, and consistency. If this is what you seek, STEER AWAY. Currently still waiting for our 2022 PnL/Recons for 2021/2022 which he has promised to deliver on countless occassions with no follow-through--great 'VIP' experience. His negligence and consistency with INCONSISTENCY will cost you THOUSANDS in the end. BEWARE. I am filing official complaints against him with all necessary agencies. I hope this review helps you in making your decision and choosing someone capable of managing your business account as a professional. We can understand if he does not know how to handle business accounts, what we cannot understand is the lack of transparency. SADLY I CANNOT UPLOAD SCREENSHOTS, SEE YELP.
