It was my great pleasure working with Matias of Edgestone on the sale of my Century City condo. Matias was patient throughout a long process and worked hard to achieve a sales price that was reflective of all the value we had created in the space. He gave us great advice as we negotiated with several buyers and helped us choose the one that ultimately closed. He guided us through escrow, closing, and dealing with our complicate HOA. The amount of care and time that went into our listing by him was more than any broker/agent in town would have given - no question about it. Also, the quality of photography and virtual tours he invested in for our listing was top notch. I could not recommend Matias and Edgestone more wholeheartedly.

when most real estate agents have a hot listing they simply ignore you this guy is no exception! I left him several messages on a well priced listing no emails, no texts, no phone calls!! I'm sure he'll call me in a week saying that the one I was interested in is sold but he has 20 other ones to show me that have been in the market for 6 or more months. have a nice day...
