Hello there! We had the great pleasure of working with Josh at EasyStreet. This was our first time purchasing a home and Josh went above and beyond, he set up trips for us, he explained all about the markets and how they work and he answered all the questions and doubts we had. We had prior worked with a different realtor and company and they tried to push the first house we saw, it had given us the sense that this market was that way, however Josh made those thoughts disappear and helped us be comfortable with the the process. Jodi and Eric were a big help into purchasing my first home. They allowed it to be an easy process, and explained all information along the way. I had no knowledge of purchasing a home and they made sure I understood all documents and all terms. They were patient with me and assisted me to find and purchase my dream home. Jodi assisted with all admin work and went out of her way to get any information for me and provided it on the same day. Eric held a lot of knowledge of each component of a home and really helped me understand key factors and what to look for on a new build home. Overall a great experience and smooth process.
