Spoke with Justin on phone about getting insurance. Known him for years. He was short and very rude to me..not professional at all. I've always spoke highly of him and his place. Recommending when people ask but I no longer will after his childish behaviour today! Shame on you!! I hope you don't teach your son values like that! Wow..

Been here 5 yrs never had to use it till this yr and twice Justin took my money failed to email my receipt then talked to me like a dog. I went in last month and added my new car 8000 cash in hand paid my insurance and even ten dollars to get a paper notarized the next day. He swore up and down I didn't pay it but lil did he know I was on the phone with my car guy when I paid it had my bf with me and the car guy on the phone. The hard copy of my receipt is in his file at the car company but I will never go back here I got my insurance $60 cheaper and an awesome insurance lady that will not try to rob me because I'm sick!!
