So, I’ve been a client of State Farm since 1984. Earl Jordan has been my insurance agent since January 2000 and during that time I have purchased and owned 5 vehicles all insured by State Farm. I recently purchased a new vehicle and with that came the request for quotes on coverages for that vehicle. Since I planned to keep my current vehicle I found myself looking into multi-car insurance coverage. So I went to Earl’s office and met for the time Earl’s assistant Maria Gonzalez. She helped me work through and understand all the varied coverage options for each vehicle while also streamlining coverages for both to try and find the most affordable coverages possible in this time of high insurance costs that we all find ourselves in. After over an hour of playing with coverage amounts, deductibles and anticipated annual miles I would be driving we finally came to annual premium amounts that I found worked within my budget. Several days later I received a notification regarding the new coverage on one of the vehicles but I realized that it was not quite what I was expecting premium amount wise. I picked up the phone, called Maria and before I could ask about the premium amount she already knew about it had already made arrangements to correct and resend me an amended notification. People who do that little extra when helping you work through your insurance needs are sadly far and few between these days. I highly recommend Earl Jordan’s State Farm Insurance office if your are shopping for insurance coverages for your home and or automobiles. Thanks Earl and a big special thank you to Maria.

pulled a out a drama card telling me iI berayed him?..I asked him to stop talking over me. Yes. I has having a heat stroke? Yes..needes him to shush and listen I had no energy to spare.
he did not listen at all so I asked to speak to maria who cares about the same.

Good thing I didn't end up in the hospital..I'ld be taking him and his team to court..&win!!

Service workers..please take note- customer needs you to use your two ears to listen more and keep hushed until you heard 'your' assignment..before using the
mouth
...especially when the customer is in a medical emergency needing kindness and efficient service..not the time to pull out your personal drama card..it was business.

Their Roadside service is mediocre.

State Farm will lose my business.!

Leave it to Earl and Maria, and then you can just sit back and relax and focus on the million other things that demand your attention on a daily basis.

I called to get car and home insurance about a year ago and in that time, on 4 or 5 separate occasions, my partner and I have both reflected on how happy we've been with their level of service. It's personable, friendly, informative, and I leave every conversation with the confidence that the matter is well in hand.

I have dealt with three other State Farm locations in different states, and I can honestly say this is by far the best experience we've ever had. The others weren't bad, but in comparison to Earl and Maria...well truthfully, it isn't really even a contest, this Long Beach team is heads and shoulders above the rest! Thanks again for everything!

Mr. Earl Jordan is one of the best insurance agents. He was willing to go beyond his duties to help me together with his assistant. Before I was even aware of a big increase in my car policy rate he called me to give me the phone numbers of the competition that could get me a better price! I was shocked. This is something unheard. Not only that, but the did a follow up to making sure I could get the best deal possible making even phone calls to suggest me my best option even that I have been his customer for almost 20 years. So I highly recommend his services

I want to say that I love, love, love, love Earl Jordan! He is truly an answer to prayer! I already had condo insurance with him and today I needed to change my auto coverage that I have with Geico. He came through for me and offered me the best deal! The longer I stayed on the phone with him, the better my options became. If you're ever in a pinch and you need to reassess and choose another insurance company, dump Geico, dump Progressive and choose State Farm BUT only if you get Earl Jordan! He is BETTER than Jake from State Farm!

I cant say enough great things about Earl and his staff! We had many policies to switch over from another state and they handled it with ease and promptness. Despite complications with our property management company, he put in overtime to help us find a solution. Earl obviously loves what he does!
