A property I was showing great interest in for a long time doesn't have an on site office. With my work schedule being all different hours of the day , it's hard to make time to go to their main location. This causes communication issues where I have to leave to voicemail in order to contact anyone , or the fact their isn't an office on grounds is kind of inconvenient because people with busy schedules can't always go at certain times. It's a shame cause the one in interested in is one of a kind and in sure it's more difficult to get into because it's not a high capacity complex. The design and structure is great and ideal and BRAND new. I tried viewing 2 times and their has never been anyone available when I'm free and I would hate missing out on something great because of timing issues. I would rather have a person with cash that day willing to pay up rent for a year and go above and beyond to try to be very accommodating to them because that's guaranteed rent for one year and PAYED in advance RENT.

Don't lease from these people. They have zero customer service and they don't answer phones or return messages. They lied to me about a property they leased to me and refused to let me out of the lease once I made them aware of how bad the neighborhood is. There is a drug dealer less than 500 feet from me. Everyone has told me it's the worst street in Russellville with all sorts of crime. Not one person, not two, but every person that asked me where I live told me how bad the neighborhood is. Eagle Rock says they didn't know. Then my house was broken into and the door completely busted. Still they would not let me out of it. Then they have lied and stated they notified me they would be showing the property which 100% not true. These people are not good people. Oh and the address 601 S. Independence Avenue 72801.

Nick Woods went above and beyond the expectations I had for a realtor. Excellent communication with potential buyers and myself. My home sold at a great price in relatively short amount of time. We closed on my single family home knowing I had chosen the right realtor. So certain of Nicks ability, we chose him again when we listed commercial property for sale. The property had many challenges including needing major repairs and being part of an estate. Nick can thru with creative ideas that opened up opportunities for potential buyers and got us under contract. By thinking outside the box we got a great price for the property. The greatest thing was Nick taking the time and being concerned to find the right buyers- Not just make the sale. Nick Woods with Eagle Rock Realty & Property Management gets my full recommendation.

Do not rent through them. It’s just a fare warning. If you are brought in my the “luxury” aspect of it, I promise you that it’s not actually luxury. “Let’s just slap some granite in these apartments and we can change our tenants 1,050 a month because our apartments are shaped so uniquely, even though they are only 600 sq ft. The people won’t notice!” This is just .025 percent of the problem. They never answer calls, don’t sent maintenance, and cheat you in any way possible. Please don’t make the same mistake as we did.

One step above slum lords. Bad for tenants and owners.
I moved my mom into one of their apartments because it looked clean and was local to me. In just a few days, the showers stopped working. Then the dishwasher. It took them at least a month to even come look. Then, they had someone come who replaced the dishwasher incorrectly and water went everywhere including behind the wall. They didn’t come for multiple months. The apartment below became completely unlivable and full of mold. With two people putting in maintenance requests. They finally fixed the showers and now they work, only they scream the whole time.
Now her fridge is 100% non-functional and they aren’t returning any of her calls. She cannot have any perishable items. It’s been over a week. All of this happened in less than 6 months. She pays 800 in rent for a two bedroom on Reservoir and she doesn’t even have basic necessities. My mom had no idea that I am leaving a review, but I am livid on her behalf. This level of negligence should be criminal. Pretty sure the mold part is. I wonder if the property owner knows.
Tenants, find a different company. Property owners, they aren’t protecting your investment. Find another company.

If I could give them zero stars I would.
Every person in the building I moved in to told me not to do it while moving in and eventually I found out why. If you can avoid doing business with these people I would highly recommend it. They literally stole property from me and tried to get away with it. They posted bogus “legal notices” on my door before as a scare tactic.
I can not adequately stress enough how poor of an experience I had with this company.

Opposite experience of many on here. Moved into a house — no issues at all viewing the property (a house, not apartment), getting the lease signed, pets approved, moved in, everything was seamless.
House had some issues, which is one criticism… maybe they need to up their vetting process before renting. Dirty ventilation system, house needed a good cleaning when looking beyond the surface, broken windows, broken back door lock… but I reported all the reasonable issues and it was handled within days — the issues were minor all and all, the house is very livable as it was, just minor inconveniences which were handled promptly. Even a massive tree that was struck by lightning was removed immediately, within 24 hours.
I’m not sure where the bad experiences are coming from. I’m not sure if other reviewers are bad tenants or just have never actually lived in bad conditions. The staff at Eagle Rock have been pleasant to work with from a decent tenants prospective.
