Excellent customer service. Danny Ruiz is so caring and empathetic as well as very knowledgeable. Danny goes above and beyond. Danny made me feel at ease and comfortable while I was explaining my thoughts. He was polite, kind, respectful and provided privacy affording me the ability to express my concerns. I especially appreciate Danny’s extensive knowledge of the new technology available to us members. Thank you Danny, you have saved me from a lot of worries.

I came in to try to open a checking account with them. And was rejected because the guy said they were going to close in 30 min. My husband went a day before to open his and my daughters account it took them les than 20 min. Unfortunately I have my car loan with them so I still have to be dealing with them. Don't recommend, they don't want business. Will be going somewhere else. Unfortunetly, I didn't get the guys name.

I can’t say enough about Eagle. I moved my main banking account to Eagle from chase a few years ago and haven’t looked back. They have great APY % on checking accounts and excellent customer service. We recently went in for some help with a new account and Michael was extremely thorough with us and helpful every step of the way. Great place to do banking !

I called Eagle Community Credit Union because Wawanesa was constantly taking money out of my account after I cancelled my policy and they owed me money. Dani got my call and help me out she was a godsend an angel a wonderful person sent to help and save me from wawanesa and they're constant pulling money for my account after I cancel their policy and paid them off. I was stressed out and in tears, my day was ruined until I spoke with Dani. She listened to my issue I was having and quickly solve that problem put me on a brief hold so she can see what forms I needed and came back on the line with me and told me how they could help me out it's a big comfort to know my bank has my back and they have such great people working for them that are able to quickly resolve the issues I've been having in a few quick minutes on the phone. I greatly appreciate you Dani and I greatly appreciate the service eagle provides.

I’ve been a member for several years, have a checking and savings account, and have financed most of my vehicles through Eagle. Every interaction with staff (and the online platforms messaging feature) have been great. They’re quick to respond and deliver on their promise to follow up, email, or call back. My most recent experiences have been with Michael Tran, Dylan Lappin, and Liz Reyna. All of which have made my experience with Eagle CU truly exceptional.

10/10 do not recommend. I will take a higher interest loan before using this place again. When attempting to make a payment, it can take up to 3 weeks before it comes out of your account. When you go in to make a payment to avoid it, they only allow cash or check. When you call to make a payment, they charge you to pay over the phone. Been trying for 2 months to connect a second account but it doesn't work. It should be this hard.
