Claire Disch was our realtor, and she was AMAZING. As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I were expecting to be overwhelmed from the start. However, from the very first phone call until the day of closing, Claire was explained everything to us step by step and was always a text or phone call away. She also has a huge network of trusted people she can recommend for repairs after inspections, and all the people she recommended to us will get 5 stars as well. I cannot say enough good things about Brandt and the team at Dwight Andrus. We decided to make the change to a local agent and we couldn't be happier. From the very first interaction, this team has been amazing. Some agencies put you on the back burner once your policy has been written, but not them. The response time is impeccable. The agents/reps are hands down the best we've ever dealt with. If you are looking for an agency that cares about their customers, then look no further.

There’s ways of doing things the same way as before, and there’s ways of doing the right thing out of principles. If you rent an apartment or buy a $40,000 vehicle, would you except it if it wasn’t clean. Of course not. At this real estate company they are selling me a 100s of thousands of dollars home and gave it to me uncleaned and when I asked them to clean it, their responds was that the seller does not have to do this, because this is the way it’s done in the past. Well, this company will never get my business again because this seller didn’t even bother to wipe out the fridge before they left and it’s not horrible but it’s unsanitary and it’s unacceptable. What happened to common decency and courtesy? Not a fan of this practice.
