Vahe Tashjian / Dutchints lost our investment after lying to us, threatening us with lawsuits for asking for bank access and refusing to provide him more money to lose, he covered up stealing money from our LLC bank account straight into Dutchints account. Projects failed with no money in the bank to run them. He was arrested 3/2023 for EMBEZZLEMENT and will be arraigned August 7 2023.
Other reviews may be coerced or false: Steenstrup and Rheaume provided two of the twenty three district attorney felony counts against Tashjian.

I've invested directly with Dutchints Development and have had a good experience and have been paid back. There have been some delays with projects closing due to COVID, but believe that is a reflection of the overall business environment and nothing unique to Dutchints. Sounds like a lot of these negative reviews are more related to the performance of these crowdfunding offerings and may be misleading to one interested in investing directly with Dutchints. I haven’t invested in any of these crowdfunding offerings but have heard lots of them have gone under in 2020.

This review refers to the project "24925 Oneonta Drive" made with Dutchints. The investment was made under the Realty Shares platform. The project was a success and actually exited early with full capital and appreciation returned for this project. K-1s and information were given promptly by the sponsor. The developer was also very prompt with communications on this project.
