It's been a year since we moved out and we are still upset enough to write this review, because we are still owed back our deposit.

We have extensive photos of the home we moved in to, which was filthy from top to bottom. Even the bathrooms had not been cleaned since the previous tenants. The first month there was spent cleaning things Durante and Rich promised to clean, and did not.

Just a group of not good people trying to extract as much money as possible from their tenants and provide as little as possible in return.

There were multi week periods we couldn't get them on the phone and not helpful when we did. Look elsewhere for honesty and professionalism.

Jesika was wonderful to work with. The communication was on point, she was respectful and detailed about everything. We had no delays in responses, she was very professional and her attitude to help was simply wonderful. This was an amazing experience for time renters with Durante & Rich and working with Jesika. As a homeowner, this is the exact reason why I use a property management company, so I do not deal with the tenants and leave that to Durante & Rich. They have been amazing and I would/will never manage my own properties again.
