Rick did an outstanding job of keeping us aware of market opportunities that presented themselves over a year's time, based on the needs that we had expressed. Once we found the property that we were looking for, and working remotely, Rick worked quickly and throughly with the Sellers agent to secure a positive outcome for all parties. It should be noted that this was the second transaction that we have worked on with Rick. The first being nearly 30 years ago which has ultimately turned out to be one of the single greatest investments that we have made. We have no doubt that this investment too, will become another outstanding investment for our family. We would highly recommend Rick as a buyer/seller agent in OBX. Personally, we would use no one else.

I don’t submit many outstanding reviews, but I have to admit that Rick Drumm was awesome in helping us find a terrific house in OBX. I think we are nearing the 2 year anniversary of our search, but Rick was patient and engaged throughout. Moreover, he helped us through the negotiation of the sale and had a great set of referrals for the home inspection and resulting trades for fixing up the house. He also was incredibly responsive. Without any reservation, I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a house in OBX!
