Initially very accommodating and friendly. Promised aerial photos of 48 acre property but took 9 months to make that happen. After the contract expired and I decided to sell the property to family, the agency put a lien on the property even though they had nothing to do with the sale. They had a buyer after the contract expired who was accepted as a back up offer, but buyer did not have representation and Tina Allen did not disclose dual representation. While back up offer was in effect, the lien was placed on the property even though they did not have any right to a commission. At the same time my agent Tina Allen told me not to contact her but to contact only her husband Jeff Allen in writing. It cost me $10,000 to settle so my family could move in. I do not recommend this agency. I actually knew these agents and our sons were friends. But they only care about making money. I share this so others can be very careful in working with this company.
