I would rate the customer service very poor. I have called several times for different reasons and lady is rude and makes everything more difficult than it needs to be. I will definitely be looking for another agent.

I have been a customer of Franks for 15 years.. The entire staff is very friendly and they have amazing customer service! Had a few claims over the years and they make it painless. My wife hit a raccoon early in the morning, They seen our post on FB and before the office opened they had already filed a claim for us. They make sure we get the best rates possible as well! They have my complete trust and confidence.

Sandy Richardson is by far the best insurance agent I have ever dealt with, PERIOD. She helped me change insurance companies when I needed to drop kick my old insurance company for a new one. My rate is fair, and she made the process super easy. I highly recommend Down East Insurance, the ladies there are super awesome and will take good care of you every time. Loves them.

Nancy Williams is by far THE BEST agent there. The other ladies are amazing as well, but Nancy is so attentive and kind to her customers and prospects. She's always there to help them when they need her. Amazing team, amazing Nancy!

I do not like them! If I could give the company negative stars I would. I was the designated driver for a friend one day and still got in an accident due to weather conditions and bcuz I wasn't on the insurance policy as a driver they didn't cover the accident! What is the point of having full coverage if all accidents aren't going to be fully covered? What's the point of having a designated driver if you're still going to have to pay BIG TIME?! It basically sends the message that you might as well drive drunk and just hope for the best. So what's really being payed for? I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!
