Choosing the right insurance agency is an extremely important decision. But I’ve found that choosing the right agent can be just as important. In my experience over several decades with multiple agencies and agents I’ve never known an agent that provided the level of service that I’ve seen with Don Blevins. He is extremely knowledgeable and progressional while maintaining a very personal connection with his customers. When shopping for insurance I want more than a good rate, I want quality service if a crisis ever happens. We have had 2 situations that required claims and in both scenarios Don treated us like family. They were prompt and thorough! I truly believe in Don and his team! That coupled with Alfa Insurance makes this a dream scenario! When shopping for insurance I want an agent I can trust to help me get the RIGHT coverage without being over covered or under insured.
