I rented from DKT during a divorce, losing my ma, grandma, and all while a full-time student. They worked with me and were the reasons I had a roof over my head for the most challenging year of my life. Their pricing is fair, and staff very helpful when I needed it most. Added bonus that I had fabulous neighbors. I am eternally grateful for DKT Properties and staff! Highly recommended!

In 2014, D.K.T. Properties listened to my credit story. My husband recently died and I was living in a local motel on Main Street with my three grandchildren.

The future looked bleak for us having a home again!

Then I met David the owner and "Chris" the manager of D.K.T. Properties!

They listened to my story. They checked out my story. They were honest and really provided the dignity I thought I would never have again.
We moved in November , 2014.

It's August, 2017, and my family and I are still here! We're happy to have been given an opportunity to have our own home again.

But the very best news is that the manager of D.K.T. Properties is still here too. Honestly, I have never experienced such excellence when it comes to customer service. If you have any problems or issues-the answers are there for you and within 24 hours. Whether it's a light bulb, a/c filter, or thermostat, etc. Chris takes care of it at D.K.T.

If you are looking for a new place give Chris a call and arrange a visit. D.K.T. has Studios, 1, 2, & 3 bedroom apartments or individual houses.

They were good but I completed my year and give them notice to move out on the first week of the month and they charge me for the entire month, never gave me my prorated money back and they even got into my residence to check updates that they need to put for their new renters. So I left and the new guys move in they got 2 months worth of rent that is illegal.
