Had an issue where I needed my payment deferred a week *on autopay* and within an hour Dimetrious got a woman named likayia (I'm 100% sure I spelt that wrong) who was able to accomplish my request and in a way where I won't be charged a charge back fee. I’m rarely a person that does reviews. Mainly because once I do, the quality of service goes down drastically and I end up getting disappointed. Demetrius’s team, however, is a customer service anomaly. They have been nothing but consistent, transparent, educational, and kind, especially Shawane. She’s incredibly personable and welcoming, you can tell that she genuinely cares about people. She always manages to reassure me by answering all of my many questions and encouraging me along the way.
