Dillon Crites was the worst agent I've ever worked with. It took six months to send me my insurance cards. I received them after I switched agents. He didn't communicate with my bank about my homeowners insurance. So now I'm being charged $3,500 lenders insurance. I really shouldn't even have State Farm. He is super unresponsive, always on vacations and never in office. Really unhelpful and unorganized. I switched to Chad's office in Waynesville and had my problems fixed within the first week. As far as Dillon Crites office goes, I would highly not recommend choosing this office.

Dillon and Crystal have always been very helpful and friendly. I will miss Crystal because she has been my insurance goto person for a long time. When our house burned up she came to our hotel the next day with a change of clothes, etc. so I could go buy clothes for us to wear. We didn't have anything. I will never forget her generosity and thoughtfulness.
