PLEASE READ!!!

So probably one of my worst experiences with a bank/FCU. Definitely one of the most unprofessional experiences I ever had. Long story short, had what didn’t see like a big issue with an employee of this very small bank/credit union. “Said”employee would not give me their bosses or managers information after me repeatedly asking. Instead sent a snarky email about contacting their Board of Directors and gave me a mailing address to contact them at. I mean who does that? I guess this employee didn’t want me to contact their boss for fear this employee would get in trouble for spreading false information. I contacted Dillards FCU’s president and vice president through email. A week later I get a strange letter in the mail from their debt collecting attorney explaining the principles of banking (which were really not in question) and that “they” possibly should have used a different word or phrase than what was used. On the back of the letter was printed “This is an attempt to collect a debt…” Very funny since I’ve never had an account with this bank and trust me I will never after this experience. Strange doesn’t seem to emulate the situation since all I wanted was to speak to this employees manager about their false claims and quite frankly how unprofessional this employee was. I guess at this bank instead of handling things like professionals they just hire a debt collecting attorney to send you a letter instead of just picking up the phone and apologizing. (The attorney is probably a nice person) Strange for sure, very comical, but in my experience, not a place I want to put my money nor borrow from. If they shorted me on a deposit, would I have to contact their lawyer to get it fixed or would they give me a mangers email then? Should you really have to wonder about these things when you’re picking a financial institution? Senior management, managers, supervisors do your job. Call people when you screw up, train your employees, do better when the opportunity presents itself. Don’t ignore it hoping it goes away. No one likes posting negative reviews. Just do better.

Update: I added this review to the Dillards Federal Credit Union facebook page and well they BLOCKED me. (They can't block Google reviews though) I guess the truth is not something this company deals with very well. Instead of taking the review and trying to turn it into a postive for their company, they just blocked me. BE WARNED if you have an issue with this bank and leave a review because they won't talk to you, you will probably be blocked too. Remember I have never spoke ill to these people or been anything but respectful. I have encouraged them to reach out to me more than once. Their reponse was to block me instead of dealing with their internal issues. I think we can all agree that we would prefer to deal with companies that listen to our concerns and don't make us resort to posting bad reviews.

Very bed service they want to charge extra fee I setup my car payment & they send them check late which they charge me late fee. Even this credit union charge me 6.95$ every month & I stopped payment still they charge me .I called for stop payment so they told me go online and do it know they don't pay but they charge me
