If I can give it a zero I would!! This goes for the nurse only!! The front desk and the doctor were awesome but the nurse was seriously so rude and judgmental!! My 4 year old would not take any kind of medication so what other alternative we have is to give him a shot unfortunately that’s the only way and it works for my son and she seriously just went to profile my son as autistic that just pissed me off!! And if my son was how is that any of your concern I have insurance for the same reason to pay for whatever my son needs. I went to get the best care for my son!! Not to be judged and harassed multiple times in how to give my son medication!! Next time I’ll just take the drive to Chandler instead of there!!!

Dr. Davis explained various causes of my symptoms. He treated me w respect, dignity and professionalism. The clinic was easy to make and get an early appointment. The facility is clean and they billed my insurance.

Do not come here!!! Charged with Emergency Room Visit instead of Urgent Care Visit. Received bill 10months since my service date and so now it is harder to appeal and could be sent to collections! Such a fraud. Billing representative of course was of no help and very rude and apparently this is completely normal way of business practice to them? Charging the patient hospitale emergency medicine care instead of urgent care visit? The main reason I went to the urgent care is I did not want to pay E.R. cost. I should have went to one and maybe would have received much better care since they billed me that way anyway. and maybe i would have had lesser out of pocket money cost/bill. such a scam. so aggravating. Imagine if they did this to most of their patients. And Chandler regional if you are going to reply to me with your number. don't. You guys are scamming people.

This urgent care is a joke! Wouldn't test my 6 year old for the flu or strep or Covid after having high fever for 2 days and vomitting! Was there for almost 2 hours with appointment just for them to say they wouldn't test for anything since it's been 2 days and he's "not a candidate for Medicine even if he tested positive" ended up in the children's ER the next day with a very bad case of Flu A. This urgent care isn't for kids whatsoever

Warning! Choose any other urgent care other than this one! My wife went to this urgent care for a cough and we received a bill for an emergency visit from Chandler regional medical center, $590!!! They expect us to pay for an emergency room visit for nothing more than a prescription of antibiotics. Outrageous. I called to ask about this and they hung up on me and never even called me back! I'm warning all people to avoid this place like the plague

I went here in June 2024 clearly struggling with Covid. The male dr asked me how did I know I had a fever…? Still astounded to this day that I was asked to explain how I knew what a fever felt like as a 30+ year old woman. Still confused half a year later.

Aggressive male doctors! My son has autism so the two male doctors HELD my son down even after I said NO. I told him I would do it! This will always be traumatic for him!

WOW! If you want to be given rude and unwanted comments the MALE NURSE their is in rare form tonight. I really am surprised he didn't blame my breathing issues on my weight and age.
The dr didn't offer a breathing treatment to help with my lungs and try to ease my issue.
