Fantastic service every time I need them. Lana Garcell is one of the most honest, helpful, patient and not to mention the most patient when explaining all coverage options available and she always make sure you understand when the coverages stand for. She has never rushed us when we need advice or an explanation and has always treated us like family. We will always stay with the agency as long as she still there. I should of asked for Lana everytime I needed something. All the good reviews are about her. She's is good. Everytime I call or get a text, it was always Susan. She's nice but she talks on speaker phone. Sound quality is really bad. Sounds like she's 10 feet away and when you ask to be taken off speaker to hear her better, she's still yelling. I'm very busy at work and never think to call in. When I would call and get the receptionist, I'd ask to get a call back about _____ and I'd never get a call back. I got a text one day few months back and I texted back a question and never heard back. After I got married (Oct '21) I'd periodically ask if they could change my name on my profile (I had finally found a way about 6 months ago to change it on the app, but apparently that's only for the app). Jan '24~ I called in inquiring about some stuff and talked with Susan. One of those things was about the name change. She claimed that it was easy and updated it while we were on the phone, but all of my state farm mail (it's now April '24....) still has my maiden name on it. The only good thing about this place is Susan sends me reminder text about paying my bill by a certain day to avoid lasping in coverage. I pay via the app and it won't let you pay more or less. It wants the exact payment for the current month and then it won't let you pay until it's in the next billing cycle and then I'm having to wait until I get paid again to pay the bill. I transferred my policies to a different State Farm last week. The lady there looked at my policies without me saying anything and was confused at a few things she saw. I told her to fix anything she needed to to make it right.

It was a pleasure to work with Lana from this office, i came in there for couple simple question and she's helped me get all insurance i needed, how great of an experience it has been I've actually switched over all our other insurances to StateFarm.
