The lady Aneta below me is salty and entitled, ignore her. Diane B has quality comfortable shoes and accessories at great price points! (Plus the customer service is entertaining like no other. Note to shoppers— you get respect when you give it.) It’s like a blend of Chanel, Hermes and Manolo with very unique designs. I purchased these slip ons and animal sling backs and keep getting compliments today. Thanks Komey!

Dottie here....when in the city my two "Must Go" places are Diane B Shoes and Bergdorf's for lunch. I've been shopping here well over a decade. The owner, Craig, offers the most amazing service and all his shoes are made in Italy just for his shops. The designs are absolutely gorgeous....and check out the heels...you won't find heels designed like his anywhere else in the city. They're just beautiful and chic and comfortable at the same time...that's a hard combination to find! It's difficult to decide which pair to get! And his Italian boots! It's hard to find a gorgeous pair of mid heeled boots. I can wear his all day...scrumptous buttery leather linings too. In fact, I just ordered four more pairs! Oh, and the service is "out of this world"!!! Talk about royal treatment! Introduce yourself to Craig and he'll change your entire shoe shopping experience! And no, you won't find shoes this great in Italy! I know! I've tried!

I bought a pair of beautiful shoes that were very comfortable. The rhinestone clip fell off the second time I wore them. I took them back to the store where they said they could fix them and deliver them to me to wear to a wedding. This was five weeks ago. The Wedding is Saturday, I haven't heard about my shoes and they were unable to help in the store. I asked if I could buy another pair of shoes at cost and was told no. Terrible customer service.

Non existent customer service! I stood there with a pair of shoes for good 10-12 mins for $485 I was interested in but needed a different size and absolutely no one even said “ Oh hi, I’ll be right with you “ or anything like that. When I said hi myself, the guy just waved his hand which I don’t know what meant. Good luck running business this way in NYC, your review average is pretty bad already so I wonder why 😄! Will definitely never be back as you might have figured. I had to put one star so I can write this review.

I bought two pairs of boots on Saturday one with pearl buttons, two of which fell off, within hours of wearing. I returned to store this morning to ask for a refund to be attended to by a surly male who was only keen to sell me a pair of shoes but not interested in my defective boots. He said I could come back when the woman who has served me previously was in. I did return to be told by her a refund was not possible as the boots were repairable. I returned to the store again after she eventually spoke to her boss who agreed to a refund but she did not seem happy about this and too tried to sell me more footwear. I am disappointed in the staff's attitude. I have been a loyal customer for many years as the store stocks great footwear (although not inexpensive). I am not sure I will return because of the poor customer service.

Extremely RUDE, old, black salesman sitting on the couch by the entrance who wasn’t a greeter. When I picked up a pair of shoes, he actually commented “THOSE ARE NOT ON SALE.” Then proceeded to mutter something NASTY and rude under his breath. It’s 2020 but some people will forever be nasty morons beyond words.
