AD Sold It couldn't do more to work with their clients. To say Albert and Diana go above and beyond would be an understatement. They sold my house in July of 2020. Not only did they get top dollar for the property, they did everything possible to move the process forward, refer an attorney, and make a stressful time as calm as it can be. Fast forward to August of 2021, I was so happy with their methods and work ethic, I trusted them to sell my elderly parents home of 53 years. They took the time to speak to my parents face to face to ensure they understood the process. When they didn't, Albert and Diana were patient and understanding. They worked with me, as well, to assist my parents.

What sets them apart? They are the type of realtors who will bring their lawn mower to your home and mow your lawn because you're not there. They are the type of realtors who will watch your dog during an inspection, and clean up after him. They are the type of realtors that help an 82 and 90 year old couple by purchasing and installing smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors for them. Diana contacted us in regards to our home which was going into foreclosure/ Auction. When she contacted us things were going left field for our family. She came to our home and explained how the process of a short sale is since that was our only option if we ever wanted to buy a new home. My husband agree to have her help us with the process of a short sale, and after a few ups and downs with the bank and the city today we are more than happy to say that thanks to Diana we were able to short sale our home and start the process of recovery towards a new home for 2020 ..!
