If I could give a zero, I would. We’ve worked with diamondhead realty property management for almost a year. We have a condo that has been managed by them for short term rentals. It was awesome at first, but went downhill when the person assigned to our rental property retired. They do not own up to their mistakes and are definitely not there for the property owner. They allowed a renter to take all our belongings out of our unit on the pretense of “cleaning” the items. These items (all personal effects including sheets and towels, comforters, sheets, shower curtain, ALL decorations, appliances, you name it!) were NEVER returned! When we submitted a bill to diamondhead realty property management for the items we had to replace, instead of addressing the issue, they served us a 30-day notice! The property manager gave the tenant permission to take our items and admitted it to us. We received a partial reimbursement, but it did not cover the entire loss. We have taken our issues to the owner, to no avail. The owner Darrell, obviously condones this behavior and instead of owning up to the issue, they served a 30-day notice. Bookings mysteriously disappear with weak excuses. I would not suggest this company as a property manager! There are much better ones out there with caring owners.

Diammondhead Realty what an awesome company to engage with. I mean hands down they sold my property within 30 days and I could of not been prouder, happier customer. I give full credit to Kathie DeVilbiss professionalism and encouragement with such a positive attitude. She has gone above and beyond to help me with all sort of tasks that was out of her scopes of duty.
