WOW, what a wonderful financial institution! Just completed purchasing a new home through Diamond Lakes Loan Team! Cindy Armstrong 's and her magnificent Loan Team, Krayton Ederington, Alyssa Mata-Murray, as well as Rachel, Candice, and Misty made all of our dreams come true. Krayton & Gary at the Hot Springs, AR branch did the job as professionally as anyone could and went above and beyond when we hit a roadblock and there seemed to be no way to push through. This is our first time dealing here but we’ve known numerous folks who do business here and I can now see why! Very professional, courteous, punctual with updates and calls and just overall good people. They understand the average American. Absolutely recommend these guys 100 times over! Misti at the front desk also greeted with a smile and helping hand and she was very kind! Thinking of moving all of our assets over here
