At first Desiree was helpful then completely didn’t return emails (there had only been a few emails between us) and didn’t return my only phone call even though I had expressed interest and was planning a trip to come to see a few properties. Her emails were short and didn’t really answer my questions. I found it very unprofessional. I found a new agent am buying property elsewhere.
Edit: Desiree responded to this review in about an 1/2 hour but couldn’t respond to my 2 emails I left a few days ago or my phone call I left a couple days ago. She then finally emailed saying only one family member passed away, but in her response below now it’s two? Normally if people are going to be out of the office, they will state that on their voicemail. For agents who say “you can only work with one agent” and then they leave you hanging for 3-4 days is unacceptable. Perhaps if I had been buying a larger property in the 100k+ range I would have gotten a response back.
