I received an opportunity to transfer to the Jonesboro area from out of state and really didn't know much about the area. I started by researching online and came across Derek's YouTube videos. I like that he gave a pros and cons about the area and didn't hold back about the cons. I reached out to him and set up a time to look at houses in the area when I came to town to visit.

Derek showed that he was very knowledgeable about the area and what to look for in houses. He was quick to point out possible issues with the homes we were looking at. That definitely made me feel good that we went with him as our agent. I think a concern people have is having a real estate agent that is just looking to make a sale. However, it was clear to me that Derek was concerned with helping us find a good home that fit what we wanted. He was very good with communication and it definitely felt like he was looking out for our best interest. We ultimately decided to have a home build for us and Derek helped us find a builder and get a good price for a lot we wanted to build on. He also went the extra step to do research on the land and lots around the lot we wanted to buy.

I highly recommend using him as your agent.

Derek was awesome. Accompanied us at all times, no matter the inconvenience towards him.
