Okay, I did what most people would do first, look at how many stars a realtor has, read the reviews, and see their history in the field. I chose Derek and he did not disappoint, what I liked was his commitment and just taking the time to get to know me and what we need to do to get my house sold. I didn't feel rushed and it seems like we talked for 3 hours on our first conversation. Our next conversation was in person and he came at me with a reality check that I needed to hear which is what I wanted, don't sugar coat it, tell it like it is. The house needs some work or sell As Is. He was prepared to get some input on what we need to do but not sure if it was because all the stars aligned at the right time and to make a long story short we sold the house in record time.
