Shame on you Delaney's. Shame on you. You charged my 20 year old son who has no children no house no college $$ 188.00 to prepare his taxes. That is downright immoral. I guarantee it took you about 5 minutes. Never again. My whole family goes there you could have given a family discount? Anything? I paid $ 222 and my husband $ 286 because you file us separately. I understand ours is more complicated but charging 188 for 5 minutes work is highway robbery and you should be ashamed of yourself.

Delaney and Associates is a terrific accounting service. They handle my trusts and personal taxes, explain what is going on, and always there to answer questions. Much better than the tax accountants downtown at 3x the cost who never explained anything.

We had been going to the chain tax places for years paying hundreds each time. After going back to the building we had gone to 15 years ago , I often now ask why did we ever stop. The tax guy was more than informative with year around help. We got our taxes done in a short time with great ease, and at a third the cost . This will be our tax service company for life ! Thanks Delaney's for being there for us !

I used doughtys as a teen and young adult, I filed own taxes for a few years before coming back to Delaney I always get my max refund in a decent time frame. You also can't put a price on peace of mind

I would give this shady business zero stars. I had to contact Susan due to the very bad experience my GF experienced. Susan was unprofessional in many aspects, especially when I phoned Susan to inquire more information about my GF and she began providing me status updates which should have NOT been disclosed. You cannot trust Susan. Susan did not thoroughly explain taxable items and other tax related questions/inquiries never were answered. My GF filed her tax return back in January 2019, my GF phoned Susan last night, 4/2/19, and the return was just filed. This was supposed to happen back in January, Susan made up something and said it just got filed! There was no reason the tax filing should have been held up as this was settled/completed back in January. Susan's accounting abilities are definitely worth questioning about because during the consultations, my other half had to explain what is and what is not taxable. Shouldn't Susan already know this. Susan didn't explain anything and just agreed with my GF. Susan is racist as she lost patience with my GF (Chinese). My GF speaks fluent English! What's the problem, Susan? I believe it's time for Susan to find another profession, develop/improve her people skills, and other enhancement classes/coaching for her own self improvement/awareness. We definitely do not recommend Delaney's Tax & Accounting Services. We have filed a complaint with the BBB. We wouldn't recommend any accountant working here because of the owner, Susan.

Could not get a response after six phone attempts, one stop in at the office, 2 or 3 email contacts and info sent.
I dont mind if they were too busy to do our tax needs BUT IGNORING ALL CALLS AND EMAIL ATTEMPTS FOR 8 PLUS DAYS IS POOR BUSINESS DECORUM.
THINK TWICE.
