Debra has been doing my taxes for years now. Love her. She does a great job. Hard worker.

Her negligence and lack of communication with appointments/changes makes unhappy clients. Either she has an expired appointment book or she doesn't write it down at all, or replaces your appointment with her favorite clients and doesn't call you to reschedule at another date. If this happened, the right thing to do is to notify the client so they're in the know and not surprised when they get there after wasting gas and time. We all cannot read minds, nor send telepathic messages to each other... That's what our words and the telephone are for. When you first call on the phone to schedule, she repeats the date and time back to you and it's correct, then when you go to the appointment that day that was agreed upon, she says that you got the date incorrect and says it was scheduled at a later date. Despite her reading the time and date correct on the phone. Mind you, I always scheduled one week in advance NOT last minute. After 3 times being booked for the same time with other people in the waiting room who were scheduled at the same time, I know when my business isn't valued nor wanted. I'm going elsewhere to do my taxes.
