Called to get a quote for an RV. Office was very responsive and helpful. Had my quote within 20 minutes. Happy to see a complete 180 from my last experience.

Very disappointed in the level of service. As an existing SF customer, I never thought it would be this difficult to get an additional policy. I called on 07.27 @11am, requesting to add a new policy to my account. Called 07.28 @10am and was told it could be early next week before I get a call back on a new policy to my account. I requested I get a call back by 3pm on 07.28 (never got a return call), so I had to use anther SF agent. Questioning if my existing policies should stay with this office.
