EXTREMELY satisfied!! Look no further, Debbie is the real state agent you need. My wife and I have used multiple agents in the past, and specifically many in hot springs. Debbie has a great skill set as an agent which includes an up to date and very in-depth knowledge of the market, properties visited. These go beyond routine things such as days on the market and school district and generic things most agents will tell you and you can easily find out yourself. She is personable, easy to work with and straightforward. The most impressive and helpful to me was her personal input about potential purchases. It feels you’re with a family member who has your best interest in mind, and her priority is not to close a deal but get you the best deal. She had given us on multiple occasions advise about possible repairs that may be needed, costs of doing things. As a buyer sometimes we have either a too optimistic approach about repairs needed and sometimes too hesitant about other aspects of properties. In this area she is unsurpassed. She always have been able to breakdown and clarify what can be done reasonably, how much it may be and how long and easy or difficult. She can place you in contact with locals who can deliver services needed in a reliable, efficient and affordable way. Since we do not live in the area and we’re looking for a vacation house, she was there for us to meet herself with repair guys and saved us multiple trips there, without us even asking her to do so. Our trust in her and her understanding of our needs is so great that a face time and remote review of the property was enough to place an offer and make a purchase. Thank you Debbie !!
