This is a great location. This team is actually a team, they communicate well and respond promptly to emails. Debbie is always hospitable and professional and Sara is just awesome all around. Everyone is great in the office. The location is clean and located in a convenient place. I switched from State Farm and immediately saved about $100.00 a month with a lower deductible. So worth the switch!!!

Great staff. Prices have increased quite a bit over the past couple years. I have not checked any other insurance companies. Been with Allstate since 2001. Always been very happy with them.

Please don’t buy your insurance policies from Allstate.
What I’m dealing with right now is, someone hit my park 2020 Mercedes Benz and I make a claim on March 30 2021 but til now they didn’t fix my car because they don’t want to pay the estimate price for the repairs shop. They provide me rental car for 28 days and right now I don’t have rental car also in this situation I have to hire independent adjuster, when I talk to Allstate customer service they keep on transferring call and they are not responding correctly. So I don’t know how long it takes to fix my car So please please get out of this unresponsive insurance company! If you stay you might be the next person......

One of the worst customer service. Once they get the business, they don't bother about you. I had the worst insurance experience. I had Ken as the contact person who was not responsive. Gave me a lesser quote and increased the premium without notice. When I contacted them, I was told they had to increase because the home value was more than what was anticipated. This after few months of premium payment. Run away from them.

Horrible experience when I had an accident. The amount of damage is at least $800. The check that was sent to me was $15.00. Due to $500 deductible. So disgusted. Seriously thinking of canceling my insurance with Allstate.

You may get a reasonable premium if you were a new customer. However, I urge you to shop around before committing another term. Your rate will definitely go up for no valid reasons whatsoever! If you maintain a clean driving record and your vehicle is getting older, you are expecting to get a fair rate, but that is not the case with Sowell-Cromartie office. I was able to get a better rate from another All-State agent, Kent Hursey, but Sowell matched that rate.
