If I could give Davy Talley 10 stars I would.

He recently marketed and sold my townhouse.

He is a professional in every sense of the word. Davy has a good grasp on the current real estate market in Nashville, TN. Davy is a no nonsense realtor who will guide you using proven methods and his expertise. He is honest and tells it like it is with tact.

His service was impeccable, as an example, I travelled out of town several times while my property was listed and if there was a need to access the property he would happily go let the service person in or just drop by and check on things to make sure they stayed nice. It was such a relief knowing that I had someone i could turn to in these circumstances since I could not take care of it myself.

He shared his knowledge and contacts to assist with any details that needed to be managed.

Davy's follow up is always timely and accurate. If there are details that need to be explained or ironed out he is on it.

Given the experience I had with Davy I highly recommend him!!!. He is a great guy and an awesome, honest realtor! You will not be sorry if you chose to work with him.
