Keith Davis was to hold a auction on Fisty Mckee estate on 7/29 2017. His website listed all guns and knife's as well as watches and Rayban sunglasses individual to be auctioned off. There was no glasses or watches there. We went to auction viewed the items which were numbered. Some of the items were bagged as groups. The auction was to open for review at 10 and start at 11. At 11 Keith said make sure your registered etc. A few minutes after 11 he said be patient we are working on a few details. His next announcement was we have a bid for 27000.00 for the whole lot anyone wants to bid more do so now. Keith did not give anyone time to think how much they would give other than to say he was dropping his commission from 15% to 7% and anyone want to bid 28000.00 sold for 27000.00. Clearly this was a crooked deal and this auction company will be held accountable!! This was not advertised as a whole lot auction and items were numbered individual with some items bagged together. Keith did not give people time to even think about what you would pay for the whole estate. Clearly this was a fraudulent deal!!
