I've had many opportunities to try other insurance companies but, it's hard to leave an insurance agency whose customer service is so family oriented and delightful. I enjoy when I call that they know me by name and all my accounts personally. Yes, life insurance, rental property, car & home insurance all under the allstate umbrella. If I'm a little late with my payment- I appreciate getting a call letting me know that my bill is due. Like I said, "Great customer service". Not Enough

I have been with Allstate since 2015 and so far so good. I do miss all of the old worker’s that use to work at this office. I love that they use to call me at least once a month just to see if everything was all right. But I do understand that people do have to move own. I do love this office.
