My husband and I made the decision to finally retire and decided to move south from Delaware for multiple reasons. We found David online and as selling our property in DE moved much quicker than expected we spent several days with David looking at homes, two actually as we were relocating a relative as well,mostly in the pouring rain! David is professional, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. He came up with great options for us, gave us a feel for our new city of Anderson and the whole of Upstate SC,and also handled alot of a buyers "things to do" like home inspections, as we were doing all this long distance.
