Shaquoria was so helpful and worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we needed! I can't say enough about how helpful Shaquoria Marsh was when I ran into a major issue with my policy...which was no fault of theirs. She worked diligently with Robin to get me a resolution. Although, I was a difficult customer because of; bad cell signal, work busyness plus long hours, which caused Rachel to have to reschedule me multiple times to compete my quote and even though, this was inconvenient; it wasn’t for Rachel she was still patient, professional and gave me the best quote that I was content with.

My mother died in February 2023. I was given the task of paying the bills for my father. Both their home and Auto are with Allstate. Kip Lowe, the former owner, was wonderful from the beginning. However, Michelle at the Montgomery office has been invaluable! She makes everything so easy and is always so kind. I would give them 10 out of 10 stars if I could.
