Where do I even start…. David has been so wonderful and I admire his patience with me. I am not an easy person to work with but he has provided me comfort and put me at ease while in the process of purchasing a home outside my normal region. Dave is such a great realtor/broker. Our situation was a little different in that we are purchasing another property and he was very knowledgeable in what next steps were. He was also able to work around the current tenant’s schedule for showings.
