If you are looking for an insurance company to meet all your insurance needs, look no further! David Jernigan State Farm is the one you've been searching for! Best Insurance Agent Ever! David & his staff (Sonia, Lisa & Tia) have always gone above & beyond our insurance needs. Whether it be auto or home related, they are always there to provide a solution. They were top notch with all our Hurricane Helene questions and wrote us a check on the spot for our food spoilage. They have always been more than willing to help with adjusting our policy when we need to add or take a vehicle off. They have always been great with helping with my husband's mail jeep towing as well. My husband & I have had several insurance companies in our 20 yrs together & I can honestly say David Jernigan & his staff are the absolute best of them all! I have & will continue to recommend them to anyone hands down! They take pride in serving their customers and genuinely care about helping anyway they can. I mean, how many other Insurance agents send out a card on Thanksgiving to wish you Happy Holidays? They have every year since we have been doing business with them. The best place for insurance! Tia at the front is amazing she is super sweet and very helpful. One thing I love the most about this place is on the holidays they take the time to send out a card to you and your family. Reasonable pricing for renters and car insurance thank you guys for everything!

Not recommend. It's been 2 months since Hurricane Helene caused 15 trees to fall on our property, 13 of them, on our house. We are still living with a tarp on the roof to cover the holes. My elderly parents have mold now growing in their bedroom. David Jernigan has not returned calls. He has only sent snarky emails with poor excuses. Many of my co-workers have shared their negative experiences with me regarding this agent and his poor service. My family and I are experiencing this first hand. I will update this review when this nightmare ends... for good or for ill.
