I hate to be the bearer of bad news to all this wonderful reviews but i am not happy with his work he was appointed to be my agent about 5 years ago and the only time i interacted with him was when he received my file and last year when a claim was filed last year and of course now that he sent me a letter to inform me that my policy will not renew in 90 days due to a few cars that i own and are operable and parked in my property and a second structure permitted and legally constructed by the city around 20 years ago that obviously i pay taxes for the extra square footage two nonsense excuses that farmers use to get rid of a 20 plus years of paying high insurance prices,its insane even he acknowledged not conducting regular inspections and advise of potential issues clearly not doing his job i would give him minus 1 but i cant.
i feel i am a victim of retaliation due to the claim filed last year where without my consent pictures were taken from my outdoor spaces and property not related to the smoke damage claim i will seek legal help against farmers and all the parties involved to get justice. F J B.
