We had our home listed with another agent and unfortunately it wasn’t moving. We decided to pull our listing and regroup. David called me one morning and told me he specializes in homes that have been listed and didn’t sell. I decided to meet with him at my home. We had a great discussion about our listing, what we could expect from him and his background. We decided to go with David. Well we listed at an agreed upon price based on David’s input on his knowledge of market trends. He thought if it didn’t sell quickly we should reconsider.
